These are loose and falling off in my 2020 max cargo area. It looks like the PO glued them back into place but it didn’t hold. What are these called so I can search replacements? Thanks in advance.

Hey thanks. Does this mean they’ll fix it for free even if I’m out of warranty?

I don’t think so.
The TSB is instructions to the dealer on how to fix the issue, with a part’s list. The dealer could be reimbursed by Ford if the vehicle was under warranty - but could charge the customer if out-of-warranty.
If you’re handy - you could print the TSB, order the necessary parts, and repair it yourself.
