I finally got around to installing my upper/lower black billet grill, it was a little more work then i expected heres a really good link that helped alot with the install: http://www.truckinweb.com/tech/0302tr_2003_expedition_billet_grille_insert/

heres the link to the grill combo i bought off ebay from: http://www.ebay.com/itm/35047055552...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_3400wt_1270

heres some pictures of mine during and after proccess, after i pulled the front end off i realized that the bottom grill is part of the bumper and i had to cut it off with a pneumatic cutoff wheel and a power hack saw blade, the upper grill installs with the bumper and everything back on the truck and has brakets that perfectly fit into the front 4 snap holes from the little grommet things that hold down the cover on front top of engine, so i had to drill 4 new 1/4 in holes to put those back in, but ..i got it done also installed the k&n cold air intake yesterday and got my cgs cat bacl in the mail

Looks very good! I am looking at doing a grille similar to this over the summer when i replace my front end. Now I know for sure that is the route I am headed, thanks for the pics!

Looks good, Suggestion would be spray all the body behind it with black paint or maybe plasti-dip so it doesnt stand out so bad....all in alll great look!

I think he means like window screen mesh so you don't see everything else and just the grill

should put some offroad lights with HIDs behind the grill... someone makes a set that when the lights are off they are black and when they turn on they are clear... saw them at a jamboree and they looked cool... could fill up the "empty space" and can help driving at night...
