I got a Supreme Suspensions 3.5/2 inch lift for my 03 expedition. I'm installing it tomorrow with a friend of mine. I'm so excited! By the end of the week it will we riding on new wheels and 35" tires. I'll post some pix.

If anyone has any tips for me please let me know. I'm new to the forum but I'm impressed with the info on here. Thanks guys!

Good luck with the install. If you get a chance snap some pics of the install. I don't think there is a lot of good pics of installation in progress on here.

Did you get directions for the rears in your kit? I bought the same kit but wont have a chance to put it on for another week or two.

fronts should be easy there are videos on youtube. as i was told use stands on the front to make sure the whole frontend is off ground. it will make it easier to undo the sway bar. for the rears since that kit the rear is a spring spacer probably going to need a spring compressor. and as others say take lots of pics especially on the rear install.

Started with the rear

I decided since the rear seems to be sketchy that I'd start with that and I'm glad I did. I didn't want to end up without a vehicle over the weekend in case of problems.
Turns out it was a good thing I did because as soon as we removed the first rear wheel we started examining the part and reading the instructions it was obvious that they sent me the wrong part. I called their support hotline and described the problem and was told that the Lego shaped spacer they sent me was for solid axle models and not for independent rear suspension.
Now the project is on hold until the replacement parts come in. This totally sucks cause I have new wheels and 35's waiting to go and an appointment for tomorrow to have them mounted and an alignment.
Today began feeling like Christmas eve and now I'm completely deflated.

Hey Tuff. I have the same problem and I talked to them today. They told me the rears are still in "research & development" and it might be months before it's done. I told them I didn't want to wait and I would just get a lift from a different company. I am sending back the lift toworrow and they are going to refund my money. Not trying to tell you what to do, just letting you know what happened with me. Good Luck.

How can they market a kit that they don't even know if it will work? I'm calling tomorrow, I'm mad as hell! I've got wheels and tires sitting in the garage and I'm aching to get some mud on them.

That was my thought. Yeah, I probably paid a little more for the kit, but at least it came from a reputable manufacturer and fit without any issues.

May have to just purchase a set of rear spacers.

Well I talked to them today and they actually gave me a tracking number for the new rear spacers that they say will work. Lets hope their here soon so I can get this figured out.
Since the front spacers are actually 3.5" (largest ones on the market) I'm going to use them. If I have to I'll get them to refund me for the rear spacers and purchase the 2" Truxxx spacers for the rear. Its nice that Truxxx offers just the rears.

I hope it works for you. They did not say anything about a different spacer working.

2nd attemp today

I received the Truxxx rear spacers so today I'm going out to make sure the Supreme suspensions front 3 1/2" spacers fit. If they work I'll just continue working on the rest of the vehicle. If they don't I've got to send those back and order the Truxxx front spacers. I'll be taking pictures all along the way.
This has been a real pain in the A$$!
