Transmission cooler

Has anyone installed a transmission cooler in their Expedition? Any links or videos, what product used etc?

I think using a F250 super duty cooler is a good choice

Jay, not to question you, but if you have the tow package, your truck already has a tranny cooler installed on it. If you look in front of the radiator, you will see a mini radiator there. That is the tranny cooler. If you follow the lines back, you should have one coming off of the bottom of the radiator running to the cooler and the other line will leave the cooler and go to the tranny. If you don't have a cooler, then someone pulled the cooler off and ran the tubing like a stock expy without the tranny cooler.

I do have a tranny cooler but it is very small. In May I towed my 6x12 with my HD in it to Myrtle Beach SC and after driving all night I pulled into SC and it was 95 degrees out, the tranny got so hot I could hear the fluid sizzling, fortunately I caught it in time before any damage was done but I plan on going to Myrtle again next May and don't want any issues. I saw the write up on another forum using the Trans cooler from a PSD, thing is huge. I will go this route unless I buy a new Ecoboost (fingers crossed)

I have a towing package as well but i came across two coolers that i could use for either my tranny, oil, or coolant. What should i do with them if anything. I dont know if a second tranny cooler would be beneficial.
