4x4dude: You may want to rethink the tweeter placement.
Normally you want to keep the drivers as close to each other as possible. The biggest problem you'll have with the shark fin placement, is the fact that the drivers side tweeter will be so close. In a perfect world, you want to have all the speakers the same distance from the listener, as you would in a home theater.
By putting them in the shark fin, whole need quite a bit of processing to make things sound equal. If you'd like some help, check out
www.elitecaraudio.com and click on the "install clinic" there are a bunch of articles there regarding car audio.
Of course it's your truck, and if you like the look, and don't mind the problems with staging and such, feel free to put them there... it's not as if it will sound terrible, just not optimum.
Also, if processing is not an option for you, I seem to recall one of those articles mentioning adding a (I think) capacitor to delay the sound long enough so it's not as much of a problem.
Of course if you want the best sound, put all the speakers in the kick panel. You may want to check Crutchfield to see if they have the Q-Forms kicks for your truck.
THere's one other thing to try. Get everything wired up, but leave the tweets uninstalled, and leave yourself enough wire to temp install the tweets in the shark fin, and next to the other driver in the door, and see which one you like better.
Good luck.... Although, I just remembered you're a DJ, so I'm guessing you know all this..... if so, then disregard all that. <grin>
