Relocate oil filter on '03 EXPY

Has anyone attempted to relocate the oil filter on a 2003 Expedition?

I've worked on a '99 Navigator and the oil filter use to be easily accessible just below the passenger front bumper, but I guess FORD decided to move the oil filter closer to the engine and into a harder to reach area.

I was thinking of relocating the oil filter to an easily accessible area and though about adding a bypass filter as well.

Amsoil sells a full flow oil filter and bypass filter kit. (www.amsoil.com)

If anyone has done this, which kit did you get and were there any other extra parts you needed.

For those who think this is a bad idea, please let me know why you think it would not be a good idea.

I don't think its a bad idea at all, and if I remember correctly on some expy's it was an option that came with the tow package. Someone may correct me.
