Rize makes the big 8" lift kit, which in my opinion is ridiculously priced. You can find it on ebay for a quick peek.
Truxx makes a metal suspension spacer kit that is something like 2.75 or 3" I dont remember at this point.
Daystar makes a front level or all around poly 2-2.75" lift kit suspension lift kit. I have the front and rear daystar lift kit on my expy and would recommend it.
I've taken mine plenty of places off road that it shouldn't have been, be prepared to make repairs if you get too rough with it - or at least upgrade to the NBX/FX4 skidplate package!

haha thanks thats a big help. Mines been off road too, but i want it lookin a little tougher. Its got mud tires on it and for a high school girl to drive an expo with mud tires its a rare thing up here ha. But thanks

I had a lift question, been trying to leave a question here since saturday but it took until today to get access. They seem to be aluminum spacers, and I assume they install over the top of the front shock on each side. Is this something done with basic socket set and a jack, I havent looked at my truck to see how much effort it will take but im very handy and do all my own work. I have oversized tires and sometimes they rub when turning sharp and if the suspension is moving.
I have a 2003 and have been looking for an inexpensive way to lift it a few inches and this looks like it may work. I was looking at the daystar but that is almost $200 and the back already sits high anyways so im trying the front lift first.

Where do they rub, you'd be suprised what a little trimming and pulling back of the inner fender liner will do for tire room.

Front rubbed only on the passenger inner fender, cut a part out and it stopped, but rarely it will rub when in full turn and the suspension goes into the wheel well then it will rub again, mostly when turning into a offset driveway.
The rear rubbed the metal fender as the wheels stick out 1 inch past, but only with a very heavy load. I used to have a atv carrier on the hitch and loaded was around 600 lbs right on the hitch so turning corners that were uneven would cause the rear tires to hit the fender, luckily no outer damage only paint rubbed away inside the lip.
Found some solid rubber blocks you place inside the rear coil springs, that way when there is weight they limit the suspension travel, but normal truck weight they float around keeping normal suspension feeling. Also just got the front 2.5" spacers from e bay, will put those on this weekend to level out the front since the rear comes up much higher then the front.
Since I no longer have the atv or atv carrier the dirtbike I carry on the back is alot lighter and doesnt make the rear rub anymore, but since those rear rubber blocks are so easy to install and remove im keeping them in anyways.
In 03 when I got it brand new I had money to get it lifted, but that was the new year they changed the rear suspension so no lift was available and no leveling blocks were around either.
Is there a website that sells the body lift spacers for an 03?
Got the front spacer lift on today only ordered it 2 days ago, real easy especially since I never did anything like that before, sadly I had to use some pipe wrenches in one area because I dont have big boy tools, but I got it done with no problems.
Whats weird it feels like the front end is up real high, but when looking at the truck it now sits level, and the front fender over the tires has a lot of room for my bigger tires to move in. Too bad the back fender isn't cut out as big as the front.

Nobody makes a body lift specifically for the newer gen expeditions. I purchased a 3" body lift made for the 04-05 F150 and plan to adapt it to mine. So far it all looks like it will work ok with the snags coming in the form of bumpers, and engine doodad relocating. I just want plenty of room for my 35"s to move around while off the beaten path.
