You can do way better than that price wise. As Yoda would say "patient must you be"
You should be able to score a used bracket for either a PC or vortech kit on fleebay dirt cheap. It's the little sh&/ like the crank pulley the tensioner that get harder to find.
The head units are a dime a dozen used. Do your self a favor and bypass the little centrifugal and go straight to a D1 minimum or a Vortech Ti trim.
The s trims and P trims are and should have never been offered for anything bigger than a v6! The T trim and d trims are even on the questionable side for making killer power.
Ebay on any given day has scrap pieces listed for these kits. Good luck and please never pay full retail or anywhere near it.
Centi blowers are similar to turbos as it is best to size it to the application. Well all type of blowers really.. You may make more power under the curve running an S trim vs a J trim for example at only 8 psi boost. They each have different efficiency maps or range where they perform best. Rpms, boost, cfm's. If someone can't understand the maps best to talk to the manufacturer to determine the best size blower for your application.
Larger turbos generally make more power but will result in larger turbo lag so if you are only running say only 6 pounds of boost which is better?
I ran an S-trim on my mustang @ about 12 psi peak boost and loved it. Ran 10.46 @ 129mph on drag radials. The power was immediate and throughout the rpm range.
Unless you build the motor to handle it and plan on running higher boost I think you would be better off with a smaller appropriate sized blower. Of course buying used you work with what you get and cost is a factor.
