Just ordered a set on Monday. Got a travel trailer coming in at the end of this week and this is exactly what I needed.

Thank you for your order. We bought a camper last year that we use as seasonals. Can't wait to open it up in a few weeks.

Why are the 2015 mirrors $63 cheaper?
KR and limited owners would appreciate a paintable top cover, do you have these?

Put the mirrors on last night.
I'm being serious that I would give up the puddle light, blinker and maybe even power adjustment in exchange for power folding...

Anyhow..., what bothers me just about a much is I could see more out of my factory convex passenger mirror than out of this towing passenger mirror, never thought they'd use a ** flat mirror! Is there a convex option for the right side?

The lower mirror is the convex mirror, the upper mirror is made like the OE style mirror of that year.

We do have a 60 return policy, if you're not satisfied with them call our customer service staff at 888-844-3393 and they can help you out.

Best Regards,
Tony

I paid attention in English, the word "like" is not interchangeable with the word "same" or "better". We are all aware the lower mirrors are convex. You do realize that all mirrors that say "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" are also convex don't you? However, they are not near to the extreme as the lower...
I took this picture of a 2014 150 on the Ford lot yesterday. When you're in the drivers seat, this is absolutely noticeable.
Before anyone gets on here and says "all towing mirrors, including semis, don't have convex mirrors on the upper", go look, this may have been true years back, but I couldn't find one that wasn't yesterday.

Oh yes, the "you can return them" option... We are all not satisfied with a product that is less than "same" to the OEM design. Better is acceptable. In fact, we would pay more for better, but these are less than the same. Also, it would have cost no more to copy them correctly. The glass vibration as an example is a result of making the power module behind the mirror with either non-glass filled nylon or just less supporting structure. Some of us need these mirrors and unfortunately have to go out on our own and customize them just to get them up to OEM.
This is just another example of the world being forced to accept another "almost" Chinese copy...

I wanted to take the time to thank you for your order, you're a valued customer. We use a different supplier for our mirrors than a lot of what's on the market, they make a decent product.

If the mirrors are vibrating, one thing to check is to see if the base of the mirrors are sitting flush with the mounting area on the door. If they do not, there may be some type of a foam gasket that is on the base of the tow mirrors where the three bolts are.

Just make sure that it's secured to the hooks correctly and they it's not pushing the mirror away from the door.

If this continues to be an issue, we here to help you out, our sales staff can help you with any type of a return or exchange. We also have a tech department that you can also call for questions.

Hope this helps you out,

Tony

You chose to address the least of my issues... The vibration on mine is the glass, not the structure, it's wind turbulence. In my experience, stick-on wheel weights and/or foam on the back of the glass can cure the issue.

Do you have a parts breakdown for these mirrors?
Can you send me extra caps to sand and paint?

Can you PM me your full name and shipping address under which the order was shipped, I'll take a look at the order for you to see if we carry the PTM caps for the mirrors that you had ordered.

Regards,
Tony
