Removed the original taillights and installed LED taillights. The new Reverse Light indicators are BRIGHT, they are true backup lights now! Lights up the whole driveway behind me now. Got tried of pulling the taillights every year to replace a bulb just because the brake or running light filament was burnt out in one of them. Never did understand why those running light bulbs were so hot they discolored the bulb holders.

Vacuumed out truck and installed Front, full Middle Row, and rear deck Weathertech Mats. Fits perfect and looks like original equipment!

So reverse is still fudged up and the tranny shifts like a 90 year old but first gear and 2wd work just fine! They are paving my road and I spun the tires a bit...

Replaced all three wipers today. Filled my windshield washer reservoir. Cleaned front and rear glass with Stoner Invisible Glass. Applied Rain-X to front and rear glass. Topped off all fluids. Cleaned battery terminals. Sketched out layout for new front bumper and made some rough measurements.

I am really looking for off the shelf, but can't find anything for the 03 to 06 Models. I have seen a couple bumpers I like, the one with the 4 inch tube with 3/16, 3/8, 1/2 inch metal depending on location and if its actually structural or cosmetic.

I am going to price it out first plus see how bad my welding skills are since I haven't done any serious welding in 25 years or if any friends that weld are interested in helping. There are a couple metal shops in town that I can order the cuts from, then I have to weld it all up.

My father's next door neighbor works at Ryerson and one of the guys I go shooting with works for Phoenix Metals, both companies should have whatever I need and/or be able to point me to a local source for small orders.

If I don't do a full bumper, I am really leaning toward Sterling Equipment with their winch grill guard setup.

New intake and tune from 5 Star installed today...

Also the dreaded spark plug change a few days ago. Cleaned up the engine bay a little too. Not too bad for 140k miles.

-finished rebuilding front end (1998 EB)
-dropped off two front wheels/tires to have balanced before putting back on
-continued cleaning inside. including more lost French fry removal work (former owner was a slob, but she gave us the car for free, so...)
-cleaned up rear center caps
-replaced third brake light (thanks LMC Truck; best price out there for this item)

later this afternoon, remove rear wheels and inspect rear brakes and probably get ready for a rebuild to match the rebuilt front ones

tomorrow, Saturday... who knows... have the whole day to sweat over this thing (August in Houston, Texas... you do the math!)
