I wanna get rid of that logo also. How can i? I figured if i started cutting thread there'd be a embossed logo after it was removed

FYI - I just had a single panel replaced on the drivers seat of my Benz where the leather had cracked slightly. It was $100 at the local upholstery shop, matches perfectly. The car was there for one full day.

Happy hunting on Saturday for a truck with the rear captains chairs so I could get the floor anchors. I also picked up the panel that goes under the pedals and has some sound insulation from that same navigator.

Also. I want to make my front seats cooled. I have the fans and ducts that mount under the seat. How does it work?

How did you cut them out?

I have an ingersoll rand cordless body saw

No idea

Thats alot of work. But itll look stock when done

That's what I'm going for!! It shouldnt be too bad, figure we just need to cut the holes for where the latches will sit on that "shelf", let them nest in there, and a few rosette welds around the outside diameter will hold it in, imitating how ford sets them up with spot welds.

Unfotunately I'm out of town on a business trip! Will have to be next time!

This thread is driving me crazy with all the possibilities for my 99 Expedition Eddie Bauer.

A couple of questions.

Was the motor you built a direct drop in replacement?

You must have a 2wd Expedition as I could not find a Belltech rear sway bar for a 4wd Expedition?

Why did you change the differential? What can the new differential do that the stock one cannot?

Can you explain a bit more about the Hydro-Boost install. Did you just need a Hydro-Boost and a spacer and it was a direct drop in install or was there more involved. From what scrap vehicles can you pull a compatible Hydro-Boast from?

Great thread and thanks for the answers in advance.
