Does anyone have problems with Windows rolling up and down slowly, in the winter it's obviously worse, but they're are slow even when it's not winter..

Yes I've seen numerous threads on this Forum about that
and my 2003 is like that

Slow rolling windows are usually one of 2 things. Either the track is dirty, or the regulator is worn. Are you having this problem on all 4?

My front passenger one has been like that since day one. Dealer said all is normal of course. My fronts are tinted and I use Plexus on them to keep them as slippery as possible. I will look into cleaning the track if we ever get rid of the snow/ice/salt!!!

Silicone spray the track the glass slides in. It will help

Silicone spray in the window channels works great!

3 out of 4 windows act like that the drivers side doesn't. I'll try the silicone spray next thanks!

When you spray the silicone on (which I did) ... Its easy to spray it on the part that's in the open window area. Do you need to spray it on the part inside the door (which I didn't)? That's a bit more difficult

Spray as much as you can. I would expect a noticeable difference after just spraying the glass channels
