Found National Tire and Battery running a buy 2 get 2 free promotion so I called them and found some Michelin's LTX MS2 that they had in stock and would honor as that promotion. With install, balance and rotate and 1 year free alignments the quote came to 810.50. Not bad for a Michelin. I of course called Discount Tire to get them to beat it. Of course with the quote given to them they can beat the price. 800 is better then the 1200 they quoted me last week.

I have the Michelins on my 08. They were new take-offs I found on CraigsList. Would never even consider any other tire after using these. They are fantastic.

The tires that were replaced are the same I bought. Michelin ltx m/s2's. The ones I replaced had almost 120000 miles on them and they still had some wear left on them. Discount beat the NTB quote by 1 dollar. lol. I let them install the tires. In and out in an hour. Here is to another 100k miles on these tires.

Total ripoff

They're regularly found for ~$102/ea shipped untaxed

Where are you finding that price?

Walmart.com online, free ship-to-store (NOT bought from physical stores though)

Got some last May for 102 i think, and some other guy on here got em for like 103 or 105 this winter

The brand they clear out varies, but they typically have one or more of the leading brands' popular models for $100-110.

Search by tire size and see what pops up. Also ne aware of allowable alternatives (255/70r18 = 275/65r18, 265/65r18 is pretty close, etc)

Dunno what your size is, but if I were shopping tires for my stock '12 Gator L (255/70r18) today, I'd probably buy these Bridgestone Duellers @ $94 ea

Adieu, just checked website, pretty low price for my 20 inch Kumho tires. $116.00 is way cheaper than anywhere else. I don't need them, but for that price I might stock them. Good source thanks.

I was thinking you were talking about Michelin for $102. I've had Bridgestone in the past and liked them but the Michelin's rode and wore significantly better

That was in May and December.

Hmmm guess there WERE taxes after all, still cheap though

Check around, it fluctuates and changes

That's dirt cheap for Michelin. How much are they now?
