What size tires you gonna run? And do you know about the CCD issue? Can’t tell if you have that or not on yours

Uhm yeah, 3 ton truck springs will NOT hold with that crappy rental compressor on one side

Btw the way you do those (once you get it in a proper spring compressor) is two wrenches in opposite directions, one on the bottom nut one on the shaft
Deep socket pass-thru ratchet or offset wrench for the bottom nut, regular ratchet or wrench on top

Nah.. don’t worry about the above.. impact only to undo the stock struts and springs, hold on to top plate. You will definitely need spring compressor to put the spring back on the Bilsteins though. When the spring is compressed enough you’ll be able to screw the nut on by hand a couple turns.. I repeat a couple turn. Get the impact back out and give it a couple Ugga dugga’s until it bottoms out and move on to the next.

Well an update. Bilsteins were installed all around and set at bottom setting I. The f150 front shocks, top on the rear expedition shocks. Based on measurements the front sits 2.5” taller, rear 1.5” taller. I know I’ll need an alignment but for not the steering wheel is very straight. No shakes at freeway speeds, which is good.
Wheels are here but two of them aren’t seated properly, so I’ll get them rebalanced sometime next week before installing them.

Yeah that’s on my to do list.
Wheels installed (and properly torqued to 150ft-lbs).
Removed the front air dam.
Review:
Wildpeak M/T aren’t terribly loud, but definitely louder compared to the OEM Rubber.
Even on OEM wheels, the Bilsteins were much firmer. My wife drives the rig as well and noticed it picks up all the bumps on the road. That being said, she isn’t dissatisfied with the new setup but she does feel the difference as well.
Alignment is tomorrow, but I noticed after I installed the new wheels and tires, the steering wheel is no longer straight. I assume it’s due to the wider and taller tires?
Nonetheless, at least now we have a great looking grocery getter

Steering wheel is not straight because it was probably inadvertently knocked off center during your installation process. Looks sharp

Looks great man! They will straighten the steering wheel during the alignment, or maybe remind them to do so. It's off from the lift.
