If he’s walking down the middle of the lane, which it appears that he is, he’s an ass. Sad thing is you can’t do anything with someone like this, honk your horn and he’s bashing your car, sue for damage and won’t get paid. Get in altercation and you’re fighting a next to disabled geriatric which is not a good look. At least he’s not long for this world so take some solace in that.

On a side note... thankfully we are in a position that we never shop at Walmart anymore, it’s been a couple of years since I’ve been in one unless it’s the only option for something I really need. We do, however, shop at Sam’s often and our Sams is right next to Walmart. Once you cross over that gap in the parking lot between stores it always amazes me how the type of shoppers also change. This guy is a good example of why I don’t do Walmart anymore.
