I'm assuming you mean 07-14 upfitted to 15-17? If so, you need the bumper as well as the lights and grill. Fenders and hood will fit fine.

You gotta love the posters who leave you guessing as to WTF they mean. It makes this whole forum experience so much more entertaining!

Bonus : it's also good practice for guys who don't have much experience in dating women. Plenty of guessing and WTF moments there, lol!

Possible but ALOT of $$$$ for essentially the same look that is a bit altered. Ive seen a diagram somewhere and the mounting points don’t match, you’d need to modify some stuff.

A few 03-06 owners have updated theirs to the 07-14 front end in the 2nd gen section. Some things bolted up to the fenders but beyond that some modifications were needed. It gets pricey fast to do a front end fascia, when you total all parts involved (bumper, grille, headlights, fog lights, hardware) likely a few thousand. Would still be a cool thread to follow should you do it.

I can only attest to the fact that everything bolts on fine. But that's just about it. Electronics, with all the different connectors etc, will cause migraines. Mild disclaimer: you might encounter issues with 1 or 2 bumper clips in total not aligning 100%, but that could be an installer error on my part. FYI, the donor vehicle was a 2017 with some ditch drop damage, and the recipient was a pristine 2013 XLT-P. If you have the parts handy, the swap can be done AND reversed in less than 3hrs.

Everything bolts up exact. One slot on the fender needs to elongated for the headlight if you're using a 15+ headlight in a 07-14 fender. It's the top one in this pic.
As far as electrical, all you have is one connector for the fog lights and parking sensors and the one on each side for the headlights. I'm not sure where the headaches came from for "The Wiped Cam."

The kind of fog lights shown above aren't electrically PnP, but yes, you can either swap harnesses (possibly) or just hardwire to the existing one on your pre-2015 Expy. However, at least in my case, these fogs will screw with your system. Sometimes the highbeam wont turn on, the fogs will turn on with the highbeams, the fogs come on instead of the highbeams, or a variation thereof. Another cue for me to reverse the swap was finding out that these led fogs probably have some of weird dealings with the front parking aid sensors. I am not sure if the part numbers are interchangeable, but the sensors that came with my 2017 would sporadically go off at low speeds in a 2013 Expy. The sensors on the 2013, on the other hand, would sometimes go off if the LED fogs are turned on while driving.

One thing I must note here is that I don't think I ever had to modify my fenders for the 2013 truck to accept the 2017 headlights.

Isn't it just amazing when someone reads your mind?

Comprehending the words retrofit and facelift isn't exactly amazing either. Three different contributors provided input without a detailed explanation because its perfectly obvious what the poster wanted to do.

Your useless shit posts are getting old dude.

Gotcha. Sometimes I forget that electrical isn't as easy for everyone. I can see where some of those issues can be a pain. Especially when you start getting into computer issues.
I don't know what the deal was with the fender mod I had to do. I bought a used fender that was exactly the same color as my Ex so I didn't have to paint it. I had to cut the slot that I pointed out. It wasn't in the fender I bought. That was the only difference.

Ahh, the defender of the lazy and of the functional illiterate folk.

How noble of you, kind Sir! :)

(to be honest, I'm no fan of your posts either... but at least you manage to form a complete sentence, as opposed to your buddy the OP)

I usually don't feed angry trolls but I'm pretty sure calling others "lazy" and "illiterate" for no other reason than your own inability to comprehend is probably violating forum etiquette and will get you banned. If you have anger issues, try ranting to a parking meter, it's pretty affordable and doesn't annoy anyone.
