Amazon Music stops after 45 seconds, needs restarting.

I have a 2018 Limited. I connect my iPhone 11 through a USB. When I start Amazon Music it will play normally for about 45 seconds and then turn off, it's as though the app closes. I Re-launch the app and then it will play indefinitely. This happens consistently, maybe even 100% of the time. Anyone else have this or know how to prevent it from occurring?

I have the same issue with an iPhone 8 Plus on iOS 13. For me it happens on Bluetooth or USB. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no success.

I agree that it is an Amazon/Apple problem as my Bluetooth issue is to a set of headphones.

Happens frequently to me as well (iPhone 7, iOS 13.5). My phone is starting to show some signs of aging (crappy battery life, Chrome often oh-snaps, apps have freezing issues) and we have so-so cell data in our area, so I figured it was just my phone doing its geriatric thing. Interesting to hear others with newer phones having the same issue.

It happened with my 6s and it happens with my 11.

Can confirm it’s not a problem with the vehicle...it happens in my Ford loaner as well. So it may be a Ford problem, or a sync problem, or an amazon problem or an Apple problem...but it’s not an Expi problem.
