When you lift an Expy either through 5100s or coil spacers, how much do the wheels tuck in? I have seen where they get close to the forward part of the rear fender, and generally I am not concerned since I am going with a 1.5 inch lift all around--but was curious about the "tuck" and if anyone had measured it.

It’ll look like a dude who never does leg day at the gym with stock tire size. I did the ReadyLift 3/2 on my 2016 EL and I absolutely hated how the tires looked bc you could look down the side of the truck and not see one part of the tire with how far they got pulled in. I went and put 35/11.50/20s on stock wheels and they still just barely stuck out as far as the ones did prior to lifting it. So I put 1.25” spacers on the wheels and they are perfect now!

Best before with lift and stock tires and after w it h 35s and spacers on wheels.

Thank you for the pics! I wish more people would post more pics (it is very easy) as it says 1,000 words! Personally I do not like tire poke, and since my truck comes with 32s I planned on adding 33s of similar width, on the same rim and was concerned how far that minor of a lift will pull it in. I used to have a HD jack, but no more. I do not want to look lifted, but subtley raised--the way these 4x4 should have come factory.

You will probably get the look you want with 33x11.50s. Let me look for a pic of before and after wheel spacers and my 3/2

Here you go, this is Readylift 3/2 with 35/11.50/20 stock wheel NO WHEEL SPACERS!

I don’t have a really good pic, but your question about it moving the rear tires forward into the rear fenders. It does make it look that way. Especially with large tires. Anything bigger than a 35 will probably stay stuck in the rear fender well on full compression.

Yup, I have the CCD and used this kit. Had my dealer install it as well. According the ready lift, I was the first one to install with the CCD brackets. All they really do is push out the reach on the dampening control units for the front shocks. But it’s needed in order to clear, and Ford can’t do proper alignment either; will have to take to independent shop to adjust to the specs readylift gives for the kit.

So no rear relocation or sensor adjustment? Post a pic of the bracket installed. Curious on what it does and why nothing in the rear. There has been many debates about these sensors. Thanks.

No rear location change required. Only for fronts.

Thx [mention]Fozzy [/mention] I just had it coated with the military Tectile spray. They use this stuff on the military rigs to prevent rust and rock chips and other undercarriage issues. I live in the northeast so road salt and weather changes really take a toll on exposed metals.

Here are pics from the side Lou. Haven’t switched the wheels yet, still debating to run stock rims on A/T wheels (Tokyo Open Country III 33”) or do 20” rims on 35” tires.

[mention]Fozzy [/mention] they r weather tech mud flaps. I’ll do spacers as well; maybe 1” front and 1.25” rear if I stay on stock wheels.

May go up to -19 if I do custom setup on American Force wheels or Forgiato.
