I'm kind of curious why you would even do boots at 43k. Over the last 20 yrs I've only done wires if I upgraded the ignition, had some sort of external issue (water etc) or if they were super crappy wires. But most of my previous vehicles all had coils/boots as single units. Honestly haven't even looked at these yet.

I just received these exact ones from Rockauto.com on Wednesday. About $8 each. After installing them, I think it resolved an issue of occasional shudder while idling. I will give it another week of driving to determine for sure.These are the best option for the 2nd Gen 3.5...

Yep! Advantage of getting them through ZFG, is they are gapped to exactly what they need to be. Little piece of mind. The gap is just as important as the plug itself.

so NGK website says that plug not compatible with 2019 expy platinum. says

The plug recommended by Loki is one step colder. I installed them and I am tuned... use .028 gap and runs like champ.
They would be wrong. That was explained earlier in this thread. 0.031 if staying stock, 0.028 is what most tuners are recommending for normal tuning.

Hello, I know this is an old thread, but what is the torque spec for 2023 Expedition Max LTD for plugs? And at about 62k miles, should I replace anything else, such as the boots?
Do not remove or install plugs on a hot or cold soaked engine, ensure the engine is just warm before replacing the plugs. Torque to 133 lb.in (15Nm). Inspect the boots for dry rot and cracking, if they are still pliable they are good to be reused.
