Some type of semi synthetic my buddy uses at his Oil Change shop, for 32.00 bucks he checks all the fluids, tires, and fills everything up, it is well worth it, and he is the only person I trust to work on my vehicle....5w30 btw

castrol high mileage 5w30. works great and keeps my valve knock down to a minimum in the mornings. my dads always used some sort of castrol. we use gtx on all the other trucks and thats what i used before i switched high mileage.

Kendall GT-1 Full Synthetic 5w30

It's what my shop stocks, it's reasonable and I actually met with one of the engineers that worked on the Liquid Titanium anti wear additive(for 5 years) that is in the new formula and it's no gimmick.

My shop does 350 oil changes a month with Kendall synthetic blend bulk oil and never an engine failure in the years I've been there.

Most oils are good, but I've seen first hand how bad Quaker State can sludge up a motor. I can believe anyone would use it.

Motorcraft 5W-20 Synthetic Blend, FL-820S oil filter. I've used it because it is affordable, reliable, recommended and has received a lot of positive reviews and feedback from other Ford owners. Always use the FL-820S filter, as well. In almost 150k miles, never had an issue.
