If I was in that situation, I think I would try a trusted independent garage to get the vehicle repaired and on the road (and pay the bill myself).

You could flight with the dealership later, including filing a BBB complaint and contacting the local news about the dealer’s lack of repair.

I’m stubborn, so I would probably contact an attorney and pursue the dealership and Ford for failing to provide service under terms of the warranty.

I had to wait 6 weeks to get the wife's Expedition in. Had to take it back several times. I didn't schedule those- I just took it in. I would suggest you do the same. Get it to the dealer and show up as a wait customer.
