'22 Platinum. Driving on the same ~20 min. stretch of the 66 freeway: sometimes after hands-free engages it works perfectly for the entire trip, other times it's CONSTANTLY giving me the 'watch the road' warnings and then disengaging hands-free. I can be doing a continuous dead stare precisely at the taillights of the car in front of me or at the center of the lane and it still tells me to watch the road and then disengages. Sometimes it does this every few minutes, other times literally every 30 seconds or so. I end up having to turn it off when it's 'behaving' like that because it's totally unusable.

How is the hands-free performing for everyone else?

I know you said your taking the same route, but is there changes in light? Is the sun coming straight at you versus other times it's cloudy? It's the only thing I can think of or the cameras are dirty?

If it is telling you to watch the road, the issue is with the 2 cabin cameras that are watching your eyes. One is on the door pilar, and one is to the left of the center console. If either does not have clear view of your face it will cause that issue. I have a phone mount on my 150 above the vent. If I turn my phone landscape, it causes issues. I have to have it portrait when using BlueCruise. Make sure nothing is getting in the way of those 2 cameras.

No, there's nothing at all obstructing a full view from both cameras, and I made sure the plastic covering them is clean.

So far no one else is having this issue....?

I have a 2022 Platinum, and Blue Cruise works flawlessly. Try reaching out to your dealer. There is a TSB out, but it addresses BlueCruise not being available. It sounds like you have it working at some times, but it is not consistent. Alignment of the cameras (the one's on the windshield, that look at the road) is critical. Your dealer can check the alignment and the condition of the camera.

One of the cameras might be bad or need recalibration.

Again, the message he is getting is “watch the road”, it is not the external cameras that are the issue. It is something to do with the 2 internal cameras that watch the driver. It thinks he isn’t paying attention.

Yes—when the system can't see or loses the lane markers it gives a different message, saying it's ending BllueCruise.

Internal cameras are what I’m referring to. If the system is inconsistently giving him that message one may be bad or faulty. Perhaps a loose mount also is causing it to be angled incorrectly. Even slightly off is enough to cause errors.
