Hello,
Just picked up a new to me 2011 expy SSV with 126k miles. ( Fleet had all service records performed )
Went for a test drive after buttoning up everything and observed a weird behavior.
When i am rolling and step on the gas pedal all the way to redline shes fine, but if i want to get her out of a dig ( launching from a green light ) stomping on pedal she acts like shes bogging down/hesitating ( no code or flashing engine light) and then starts moving again.
i cant replicate it in any other gear while rolling, maybe sometimes it feels like she is missfiring or perhaps something else is going on.
Valve train and timing seem quiet and in great condition. I even sent a video to ForTechMakaluko when I purchased it who said she sounds good and no issues.
no check engine lights and no codes
I love the rig, just want to get her working perfect
She needs to tow a travel trailer across the US ( already did trough the mountains in az wo any issues )
I put 1500 miles on her since i picket it up, drove and towed my travel trailer wo any issues.
Since i purchased it I performed:
Replacement of both knock sensors ( wire failure on Bank1 ), Both upstream O2 sensors, water pump, new intake manifold gaskets ( when removing the intake ) , coolant flush, trans filter and oil change, EVAP solenoid.
Could this be related to sparkplugs? ( might be original ) should i be looking at something else?
Any help would be appreciated.
