My vehicle is a 2018 Ford Expedition Platinum The CCD shock absorber feels very stiff. What is the reason for this? I don't see any leaks. Can you tell me how to recalibrate it using the ForScan method?

CCD sometimes provides good comfort, sometimes not at all. Tire pressure is always between 32 and 35. Is it always the same value for all tires, or is it one or two less?

Tire pressure on 22s is supposed to be 39. Are you changing drive modes and getting different comfort? Sport stiffens the CCD. Eco softens it.

find a wide mild speed bump somewhere, go over it at about 10 MPH. your back end should bounce once and settle.

Where should the tire size be entered into the system using ForScan?
It seems the settings have changed to 18 inch tires after I did a factory reset.Mine is a 22-inch wheel.

You don't need to change the setting if you haven't changed the overall rolling diameter...

If you went from a 22 to an 18 rim and got the correct tires, it means you also went from a low profile tire, to a much fatter tyre. The rolling diameter stayed the same, and so the speedometer will show the correct speed still.

If however you went from a 22 to an 18 rim, but then put on massive offroad tires, your rolling diameter will be completely different, and the speedometer will tell you the wrong speed. You can fix that in Forscan by telling it the new wheel/tire diameter.

According to information I've collected:

Stock XLT tire: 275/65-18, 32.1 inches diameter, 629 revolutions/mile
Stock Timberline tire: 265/70-18, 32.6 inches, 619 rev/mile
Stock Limited tire: 275/55-20, 31.9 inches, 632 rev/mile
Stock Limited Stealth tire: 285/45-22, 32.1 inches, 629 rev/mile

CCD on my Platinum is very nice. It is soft and floats like a boat in normal mode and tightens up nicely in Sport mode.
You could use Forscan to reset and relearn. That way it will learn your driving habits again and possibly correct itself.
