I have a 2023 Expy Limited SPP with the large Synch screen.

I am planning to add a backup camera to my RV trailer. Is there any way I can get the feed from the additional camera on to my synch screen? Like some sort of AUX input?

Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is a way....
When I was on the Ranger 5G/6G (2019-2025) forums we were always looking to do the same so we could keep an eye on our travel trailers and what was behind them, but no one ever found a way with the OE systems.

Up until about 2 years ago, I searched and searched for something like that, no luck.

There seems to be demand for it, so not sure why a company doesn’t make it. Probably has a lot to do with the tight encryption around the software by each auto manufacturer.

Ford could at least give us support for USB/Webcam or Composite video.

It can be done. It's not cheap, but it works. I've had this on my truck for years. You can also run an HDMI cable from it to plug into your phone and you can mirror your phone on the touchscreen, too.

This would be so much work for such little gain... I just bought one of these, made a platform that fits in the dash cubby, and mounted it to that. When I finish towing, and park the trailer up, I just take it out and store it in the trailer.

wifi backup cameras work fine. I would link mine here but it is no longer available. You can link to a smart phone or others come with their own display. Mounts magnetically. I had to add a steel plate to my trailer because it is all aluminum and composite and the magnet would not stick!

That Naviks thing looks awful to install and operate. I think I am going to get one of these. It broadcasts its own Wi-Fi signal so doesn't require internet access at all, will work with our smartphones which we have with us all the time anyway, and also doesn't play by any "rules" e.g. which might disable the cam when driving forward. I also like that it could be used as a security camera in my travel trailer when camping. Also, it's used with farm and industrial vehicles so it seems it should be robust:

No doubt installing it was a PITA. Aside from partially taking apart the console/dash to access the APIM to connect it, I also had to run a cable from the APIM to the rear wall of the truck where I placed the wifi transponder for the wireless camera. I wanted it as far back as possible so it is as close to the camera itself as possible.

Operation (imo) is very easy. In my case, it served as a dual purpose mod so I can reliably mirror my phone onto the touchscreen without one of those Magic box type of devices.

The good news for the OP is he now has various ways of accomplishing what he wanted.
