Roof Rack - Overland Style

Anyone running an overlanding style full roof rack that is not a universal and is actually made the 2024 Expedition that hopefully does not conflict with the moon roof and can actually call itself a decent product?

Not a good choice, it fails on your last criteria (good product). The Expedition roof has a very low weight capacity. Ford says the dynamic weight limit is 200 pounds. The Kingdom rack says it is 300 pounds, so even if you go with Kingdom's numbers, subtract 75 pounds for the weight of the rack leaves 225 pounds of dynamic load. You could carry about 9 Douglas Fir 10' 2x6's as point of comparison. Whenever I have something heavy to move I tow a trailer... I have moved pallets of concrete and pallets of blocks this way, and I love the way the LCD supports backing up a trailer and I also love the way the 3.6 engine can back a heavy trailer up a steep driveway in 4WD.
