Ford Expy. EB '04, My problem: air flow direction is only on windshield defrost side and rear passenger side. A/C is OK. Checked the hood and found a very small hose that's "cut" and found that the other end goes inside the dashboard compartment. Tried to remove dash cover near the windshield so I can access it but of no avail. My appreciation to anyone who could help me with this dilemma. Thanks a lot.
