While trying to start the engine, try wiggling the shifter back-and-forth slightly.
this is the advice four or so posts up. I don't think you followed up about wiggling the key.
Do you feel any pulsation in your pedal when stopping? Is that the first 60,000 miles of the vehicle with OEM rotors? Or is that an aftermarket second pair or set?
Which manufacturer kit did you use? I used a very basic kit from a rough country to bring it up a couple inches. The suspension seems pretty maxed even with that in place but no binding
Eric these 5.4 three valve engines have timing chains they do not have timing belts. I know it's a lot but definitely spend an hour or two on YouTube looking up oil pump replacement and low oil pressure on the 5.4 3v engine. You will find everything you need on youtube. So many great videos out...
My buddy farmed out the replacement of the Hub the iwe and the axle CV to an independent shop. I think they used all Dorman parts. I want to say the bill was a thousand bucks or more. Crazy. Iwe are not difficult to replace
My buddies 2012 Expedition just under 200,000 miles had the same issue. I suggested to him was worn front wheel hub bearings and iwe actuators. He took it to his mechanic and his mechanic diagnosed and fixed the same things. In fact he had to replace his CV axles as well as they were chewed up...
Sounds like the front wheel hubs and iwe actuators to me. I just replaced them on mine. I've got a couple threads on those jobs. There are quite a few solid YouTube videos on the how tos as well.
