    Not necessarily, but if you want a strong cooling system change water pump, fan, fan clutch, serpentine belt, thermostat and why not deep cleaning the radiator. So you are sure that you will not have heating problems.

    Problem solved, after removing some mud from recent rains, crawl I under the truck; to review the TRS, I found four loose wires out of the connector fully. A small repair and returned to work.

    my 4wd system does not operate correctly after having gone through a flooded ford, 4wd system was not used at that time , but note that the warning lights came on 4wd system and then went out. Now , only A4WD and 4HI work. there anything I should check ?:think:

    I just installed the 4R100 in my ford expedition 97 and feel that works much better, with more power the drivetrain. All positions of the shift lever function properly.

    I have a problem, I need to replace my transmission E4OD 1997, my main option is a 4R100 2000, only the Turbine shaft sensor does not come in the electrical harnes 97. Anyone know if it might work, leaving aside the TSS.
