Starting problem

It was definitely more of an issue at colder starts. Meaning it would be more difficult to start when it had sat for a while and sometimes I was surprised at how quickly it would start when I shut it off and went in and did some quick shopping and boom it fires right up. I had a similar problem. But other symptoms accompanied it. The problem I had was that it took three cycles of the key before it would start. Also, it felt massively underpowered. Replaced the lower control arms over the past two days[emoji51][emoji19][emoji35] One bolt in each of the control arms that mounts to the frame had rusted in place. It’s a 2007. The parts are OEM and the oil pump is an upgrade recommended to me by a ford master technician. And I replaced all the coils cause I was on the road and yes I could’ve replaced the one and been fine. But I didn’t want to take the chance that another failed. And the air...- Ben Ford
