UpDate Ok, I was using the free air pump at Hess stations I use. I checked my tire pressure and low and behold it was only 26-28 lbs. I brought it up to 42 and my MPG is now aver. 16 mpg. I can live with this for now. Some stations are now at $3 for regular in my area. It doesn't make sense...- bluzjamer

Had to fill up today. $2.64 per gal. Took 15.4 gallons and trip was on 195...I fugure thats 12.6 MPG average. Highway and around town....that SuKs.:nono:- bluzjamer

No leaks no spots....runs smooth. I don't take this on any trips due to the mileage sucking. This is a true white elephant. Nice but a pig. Only good news is the weather is breaking and I use the bike for more trips.- bluzjamer

A full tune up at 7000 miles. How bad could things be. Ok I average 2,500 miles a year. At 10 mpg thats 250 gallons a year. Or about $625 a year. At 12 mpg = 208 gallons a year or $520 a year. Would you spend $200 on a tune up to save $100 bucks? With only 7,000 miles on this pig the dealer...- bluzjamer

Mileage sucks...why Ford? I love this truck but hate the mileage. Gas was $1.60 gal. when I bought it. It has 7K on it, can't afford to drive it and make the payments. Hi, Look you may be out of warranty but the fading didn't happen in the last 1000 miles. Take digital pictures email them to the factory reps. Contact Ford Never mind your dealership go right to Ford. Contact their rep and send them a picture of your EXP. I can see it in your avatar if that is your EXP you need cladding replaced. Got my Cladding Replaced Today
Print out the TSB on faded cladding available on this website. Search under cladding. Print it out and take it to your dealer. If your EXP is under warranty they will replace it free. My EXP now looks like new again. You can try using the mequires tech spray for vinyl it seems to work the best...- bluzjamer

Is my 98 Expy better offroad than a 2004 Expy?
Read my Post about Tires 2003 doesn't belong off road. I had a tire get ruined ( only 4,400 miles on it) on a nice good road. Imagine If I had gone Off-Roading. Continentals are going the Firestone route. Neither the Stealers (Tasca Ford) or Conti will fix the bad tire. Bluz :troll:- bluzjamer

Continental Tires Suck Continental will not warranty this tire. They don't even offer road hazzard for OEM tires. This tire got this way on good roads. Don't even think about taking an Expedition Off-Road with these tires, they won't handle it. The Dealerships won't help either, all they want...- bluzjamer
