Well today I drove my truck 30 miles to the local Autozone and the only thing that happened was the check engine light stayed on. Anyways here is the codes that came up:
P1233: Fuel system disabled, inertia switch tripped or open.
P0191: Fuel rail pressure sensor condition, power train...
I'd have to say I really don't know the answer to either of those. It was replaced just prior to me buying it. When I got her she had 48,000 miles, now she's at 52,000 miles.

Well went and had the alt checked and she's putting out 14 vlts and I had my battery checked (after driving twenty miles to the parts store) and turns out the battery was bad. So I went ahead and bought a new one... Thanks guys.
Seeings how I bought it used in January and there's no real way to determine if the battery has been or when it was last changed, I'll go ahead and get a new one.
