4x4 issue ??? Maybe
Have u tryed to disconnect the shift motor under the truck if so u have to plugs under there un plug both give it about 15 minutes then plug them back in see if that will help keep your fingers cross .- daoud el-massri

Rough running @1500rm & 45mph. Shakes & shudders
Fuel pump maybe air getting around fuel injectors o2 cencer shot that is what happen o my 2000 4.6 shook out my front teeth . The mechanic cost me 1, 275.00 he told me it was the cats then he told me it was fuel pump then he said it was fuel injectors I got 2 from Auto Zone he charged me 85.00...- daoud el-massri

Train Air horns
Good afternoon I had a set on my 1978 e250 4X4 van at the time they set me back 250 came with electric pump houses wire horn button and a 2 1/2 gallon tank . Got a ticket for letting it of in New York city for 85.00 dollars sound real load skaired the hell out of the cop .- daoud el-massri
