New owner with problem!
I just bought mine and it does that too in 4WD. Usually just if I go from stop to a slow turn. When I straighten it out it does fine.- ebo1977

OK, I went to the junkyard and replaced the power module that was making the clicking noise. The new one made the exact same clicking noise and still didn't work. I checked all the fuses and everything is in order. That is the extent of my vast experience. Any help would be great.- ebo1977

Been wanting a 4X4 for a while and I finally found the best deal on the internet(haha). Got an '00 EB with 105K miles in good condition.
