2005 shudders low rpm under load
Problem is now solved and was not the torque converter as speculated. 2 additional cops were found to be bad and went ahead and replaced all spark plugs to be done with it. Have not had a problem since. Runs like she's brand new. None of the diagnostic checks or codes suggested all plugs...- Eye_Traveler

ratteling plastic sound from front lower windsheld area ?!?!
Yup, called the windshield cowl. Most likely have a couple of the plastic clips that hold it in place busted. Very inexpensive, but you will need to hit up the dealer to get them. Broke nearly everyone of mine taking it off to fix the wiper fluid lines.- Eye_Traveler

2006 King Ranch
I have an 06 Limited and it does have a power passenger seat..... Went with the limited as I could not find a Eddie Bauer with Climate controlled seats or 2nd row captains chairs when we were looking.- Eye_Traveler

Same exact problem with my 06. Have replaced the coil packs on the couple of cylinders that have thrown codes. Haven't seen a difference. Connecting a Rad/Sat to the overhead console
Check on eBay for direct wire kits as well. Haven't put one in my Expy yet (wife drives it) but did put one in my SportTrac. 2006 has jittery throttle when lightly pressed
Had issues under full throttle once. CEL came on, took it in under extended warranty and had COP and plug 3 changed for misfire. No other codes have come up. My initial thought was just bad plugs/COPS and they are about due (95k miles). After the plug and COP change, Expy drove a lot better...- Eye_Traveler

2006 has jittery throttle when lightly pressed
I am having the same issue and am stumped as well. Generally happens between 40 and 50 mph and very light throttle pressure. Release the gas pedal and then give it gas more aggressively and all is fine. One additional item of note- problem goes away entirely when overdrive is turned off. I...- Eye_Traveler
