I hate to say this, but I have seen hundreds of air suspension questions asked on this forum and none of them have really been addressed. The responses you get will be to replace the air suspension with springs and shocks.

Don't buy the pads before you do an inspection. My pads looked like new, but I had to replace the adjusters that were rusted up. This was in Texas, where things don't rust too much. This was at about 170000 miles too.
Amazon Warehouse Deals has TAN and BLACK husky Liners for ~$15 per pair. At this time it looks like one Black Pair and one TAN pair, so it's first come first served. I almost pulled the trigger on the TAN and then though....eh...my carpets already trashed. :happy107:

Door sticker tells you what transmission it left the factory with. Bet it's 4r100 with May build. Highly unlikely someone changed transmission model since. Would require electrical changes too. There is a letter code in the last row. My e4od is code E
I have a 98 Navigator with a build date in 11/97 and it is the E40D. I'm guessing since the sticker is gone you don't know the month it was built? Maybe you could check carfax or autocheck to see when yours was first registered?
I'm pretty sure the E40D was early in the model year and the 4R100...
