1998 Navigator spark plugs

I’m doing the plugs and coil packs on my wife’s 1998 Navigator. Anyone know how to get to the plugs on cylinder 4? I can’t get the electrical unplugged and I can’t seem to get a socket on the 7mm bolt holding the coil pack in place.

If the ECU is in your way you can remove that, and tie the heater hoses back out of the way. I usually end up using a 7mm flex head ratcheting wrench on those back coils anyway.

Not sure if that's going to work. We can't even get a socket on it

The flex head socket was the answer.
It has to be a relatively low profile, flex socket where the socket and the universal joint are one piece.

You don't have room if you try to use an adapter.

I spent hours trying to do it without this tool, it took minutes once i had it.
