I have 2018 Max, so can speak for it. Regular, just my speculations...
1) Max - yes; Regular - most likely no (see #2)
2) Max - yes; Regular - most likely no, even if you move the seats all the way, you might need to remove the central console between the front seats or elevate your load to...
I’ve done some unmaintained roads/light trails driving. It’s not pleasant at all. Did not air down. OEM Hankooks **** in any road condition.
Just remember - one hand on the steering wheel, second hand hold your sunroof from falling down on you :)
Hi all!
Can someone snap a picture under the second row mid seat? Wondering if it looks the same as mine?
My dealer did a warranty work (replaced the frame of the second row middle seat), they had to remove and completely disassemble the seat.
I don't remember how it was before and...
Good rating on Amazon... looks like you've already made your decision... so go for it :happy107:
personally I would never ever put spacers on my vehicle, but what do I know...
Maybe Ford got sick for all the warranty claims from soccer moms who drove their expeditions in 4H all the time? :)
Someone here mentioned that you still can get 4H through the drive modes, I believe the front axel clutch is locked in mud/ruts and sand modes. But not sure.
Don't get me wrong, 4A is pretty awesome - I leave it on all the time in winter. Electronics do pretty good job in 99% of the time. I also have HD Tow package which includes eLSD and I can say sometimes it kicks in automatically before engages traction control through the ABS/brakes, without...
In 4A Normal Mode front axle is engaged all the time when you start moving or accelerating (up to certain speed - no sure the exact number, somewhere above 100km/h, imo). Front axle disengages when you cruise at steady speed.
Not all All-seasons are equal. As many mentioned, stock Hankooks are...
Mine does the same. I think it’s not a signal delay, more missing signal. The board retracts as soon as you reach certain speed. The same behaviour when you put them to “out” mode for cleaning/maintenance and start driving - they will go up in about the same delay.
I think original signal...
Low battery for sure. Mine does the same if I’m working on it for few hours without starting engine - continuously open/close doors which triggers power running boards, lights, etc.
Wow! That's a lot! I bet you can get the set around $1k.
I usually go to rockauto.com for OEM parts, there are mixed reviews online, but I had only good experience.
I replaced my windshield couple weeks ago, specifically asked “OEM”... Installer - local autoglass shop which does only auto glass, confirmed they ordered a Ford windshield... My new windshield is pretty crappy, looks like Chinese counterfeit - it does say “Ford” but the font is not sharp, has...
Yeap, I noted that! I will keep this in mind for sure.
I am not in a rush, so can wait a little and do more research on the topic. To be fair, when I asked the guy on the phone about any future plans to make a kit for Expedition, he said no such plans, but he will pass my request to the Design...
