you're never going to get good mileage towing, those two just don't go together. Power wise, the biggest change you could possibly make is the rear gear. You would need to see what it has in it currently. With changing that, you will still get bad mileage and it will increase the highway rpm...- kmaysob

2003 expo temperature gauge issues
Hey guys , 2003 expo with the 5.4, the temp gauge spun 180* a few years back and never worked again. I figured it was due for stepper motors as it has 200k on the clock . Had the cluster rebuilt and still have no gauge . If I plug in with my scan tool, I can see the engine coolant temperature...- kmaysob

4x4 Issues
Ive got a 2003 expedition with some 4x4 issues. Issues started over a year ago. I had a strange noise I could not narrow down. It sounded like a bearing lacking lube .
