Hard start in morning
I have a 1999 EB 5.4 2wd, and when it sits overnight or for more then a couple hours its hard to start. If i turn switch on and off multiple times it starts and runs fine. Help me Find where my SUV is leaking Please.
Had the same leak, check the windshield seal in the top corner, I could push on the windshield from inside and see that the corner was not sealed. Had a chip in glass in line of sight when driving and got glass replaced now it no longer leaks. It was hard to find because it leaks in and runs...- pi3053

Just picked up my first! A few questions...
Had that same problem on both sides. After reading several items about windshield leaks which are common in these, I checked mine and you could lift the glass at the top corners and see the leak. Since I had a small chip in the glass I had it replaced no leaks anymore! Glass tech said it was the...- pi3053

Crank, no start
Had same problem dealer said it was PATS. Told me to disconnect battery for a couple of minutes and it might reset if not it needs replaced. Another thing to try is shut and lock doors a try to start, this has worked for me. There is also a fuse for the ignition system and had it blow out once.- pi3053

Lights stay on
My 99 Eddie Baur expy has an intermittant light problem, sometimes the running board lights stay on after I park it and get out. Anyone have a solution?- pi3053
