    Both of them not working, could be a fuse that blew. Check the manual to see which fuse controls the puddle lamps. If you still have the original bulbs (and they still work), try putting them back in and seeing if they'll come on.

    At 200k, the truck is due for a timing job. However, P0340/P0345 are codes relating to a faulty cam sensor. If you can, try replacing the Bank 2 Cam Sensor and see what happens after that.

    Sounds like the torque converter is slipping when it locks. On a cold start, the TC won't lock until a certain Trans temp has been reached, so that explains why it runs OK on a cold start.     2019 MAX Limited, bought in July 2022 with 66k, now has 123k -4 days after purchase, Phaser rattle showed up. Went to dealer for replacement under warranty. -Heater hoses replaced at 105k (first time) No other issues, it has been a great vehicle.
