    No sound from rear speakers?

It could be the aftermarket stereo that is doing it. Does the aftermarket stereo have the factory option of balancing where the sounds go? I'm not sure if the 2nd gen's had this ability, but in some Expedition's, you could balance the sound to front/rear, left/right. If it does have that...

Headlamp wiring issues for 2013 Ford Expedition Limited

This is the wiring diagram for the 2013 Headlamps. Try testing for excess resistance on the circuit, or see if you have an open somewhere. Does the High Beam not work as well?

    Transmission Leak

The 6R80's are well known for leaking fluid at the sleeve. It happens to almost every 6R80 transmission. When they replaced the lead frame, they should've done it while they were in there. In fact, in order to replace the lead frame, you have to remove the sleeve before you drop the...

    Mechanics haven't helped... can you

If it is a fuel issue.....easiest way to test is to read the rail pressure w/ a gauge. See what it is at idle, and if it can be monitored while driving, that would be idea. Otherwise, put it in gear and give it some gas and brake, see what fuel pressure does.

    No high beams

I'd say put halogen bulbs back in there for now, and see if that fixes the issue. Use Halogen bulbs for the diagnosis process as well.

    No high beams

I would say it is unlikely, but you could try replacing the bulbs. Did he install LED Aftermarket lights instead of Halogen?

Radiator and fan failure - what else to replace?

I would do the radiator hoses with the new radiator.....make sure no A/C Lines to the condenser got damaged in the fan blade war..... I've never heard of an electric fan blade coming apart....maybe a factory defect. Joe

    No high beams

With the fuse being good, I assume that the High Beam Lamp turns on in the Instrument Cluster, right? Does your flash-to-pass feature work? (Pulling the multi-function stalk towards you to flash) The SJB continuously monitors the mult-function switch for a High-Beam Request when the headlamps...

'18 Expedition Brake Torque Spec Confirmation

Yes, those specs are correct. The Rear Bracket seems abnormally high, but I checked with the workshop manual it is indeed 258 Ft-lbs. Joseph

    Transmission jerk

After resetting the tables, just drive as your normally would. The TCM quickly learns your drive habits within the first few times through all the gears, then makes fine adjustments as time goes on.

    Transmission jerk

Can you use Forscan to re-learn the adaptive tables for the trans, or just disconnect negative side of the battery and leave it overnight. Battery disconnect resets adaptive tables for the TB as well. Joe

TPMS sensor fault - 2008 EL Expedition Limited

The testers don't actually get a battery level sense from the TPMS Sensors. The sensor could be brand new, or on its last legs, and the tester will still say the battery level is "OK." Bit of a scam.... Were the OE Sensors replaced with aftermarket sensors? OE Sensors are designed for 10...

2013 expedition door locks dont work with key

Can you feel the "click" on the key when you press the unlock button? I had the same issue on my fob, it was the soldered button on the motherboard that had broken off....internal to the key.

TPMS sensor fault - 2008 EL Expedition Limited

Did the auto parts store put the vehicle into training mode, before they scanned the sensors? Some tools will let you receive data from the sensors without putting the vehicle into TPMS train mode. The TPMS Module is integral to the Smart Junction Box (SJB), which is the fuse panel located on...
