Thanks, But still no dice... I can find all kinds of parts and kits for the transfer case, but not that bushing. Ford wants you to buy a whole new extension housing for 200+... I found a SKF rebuild kit that looks like it *might* include that bushing. After a load of googling I came...- sciallo

Transfer case - Rear driveshaft bushing
1998 Expedition What looks like a brass bushing slipped out of the transfer case pushing the oil seal out with it. I pulled the driveshaft off and have seal and bushing out, I can find the replacement seal easily but I can't locate a replacement bushing anywhere. Does anyone know where I...- sciallo
