Seat covers
I need to replace my front seat covers, i mostly need the part you sit on but ill take a bottom with back if i can find with integrated headrest. I mostly see the separate headrest covers. The OEM replacement ones i found are over $180 each for just the bottom. Any suggestion out there? Or what...- Spades

Expedition vs Tahoe
Used to have the 1st gen Expedition, it was cool but hated having to carry the 3rd seat in & out. The folding rear seat of the 2nd gen Expy is a huge plus to me... and then the Expy interior styling finished off the Subie- Spades

Ahh shoot... I never even noticed the "Predefined PIDs" in Torque. Thanks, i found Trans Fluid Temp and i will give this a shot- Spades

Yeah i came across custom PIDs for Torque and the formula, but there are so many other fields to be filled in Torque. Anyone have instructions on how to completely fill out the custom PID fields?- Spades

Actually a + value is trying to "add" fuel, meaning it is lean.... probably due to a vacuum leak- Spades

Which OBD-II adapter works for 2003 Expedition
Im wondering if its just my settings that wont connect Im using Torque Pro App with J1850-PWM as the protocol. This is the same protocol that works with my old Palm Pilot using OBD Gauge App but is very limited in functions. Ive also tried selecting "Auto" for the protocol but still no connect...- Spades

No it does not work. Fuse is good and other code readers are able to connect to my Expedition but not with my adapter. My adapter is able to connect to other cars so I know it's not defective.- Spades

What year Expy do you have? Anyone try the BAFX adapter? I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed that it will connect to 2003 Expedition with MS-Can protocol- Spades

2003-2005 Expedititon or Navigator?
My point was having the flexibility of filling with higher octane while towing. The Navigator already calls for 91 octane, imagine going up inclines with a heavy load on a hot summer day. I like having the extra wiggle room :) If you dont do any heavy towing i guess it wouldnt be a concern for you- Spades

2003-2005 Expedititon or Navigator?
What I don't like about the navigator is that it calls for premium 91 octane fuel. The expedition calls for 87 and I like having the flexibility of filling with higher octane when towing a boat or travel trailer, especially when going through some inclines with a load- Spades

Ignition Coil and Plg Replacement....What Brand to Get?
Ive replaced 2 different ones on 2 separate occassions, one with an AC Delco and another with the cheaper ebay ones, and both have been fine for couple years now. Like yours, i too was experiencing the problem intermittently, and found that it seemed to happen during the rainy or very humid days.- Spades
