thanks @JamaicaJoe. During reassemble, I lost one bolt to the throttle body on top of the manifold (fallen to somewhere on the back of the engine). So I just put 3 bolts on. I was going to either buy new or try to get a bolt from a junk yard later. Could that be related?

I saw that my passive draw was 220 mA. I have not figured out which component is the cause of this yet. For now, I'm disconnecting the negative battery connector every time I park it.

I'm having a hard time to push the fuel rail onto the fuel injectors with the o-rings. I tried to use a rubber mallet to hammer on top of the fuel rail to no avail. Tomorrow I'm going to try spray some WD40 on the o-rings and then hammer it with the mallet.

I'm back to work on this thing again. Finally took out the intake manifold! Took out the old IMRC valve, then went to install the new one. On the part it actually says that "DO NOT ROTATE BY HAND". As you can see from the picture showing both the new and the old, without me manually rotating it...
