anything wrong with this sound under the hood?

I've had a roller follower seizing on its core and damaged my camshaft eventually that cost $5400 to fix. Before that thing blew, I always heard the lifter tick like noise.

Now that that was fixed, and after replacing the IMRC, serpentine belt, and spark plugs, I was expecting something more soothing to hear. Is it just me being a bit paranoid or is the sound indicative of some issues?

Exhaust manifold leak? Get a piece of metal pipe , it wont melt, and put your ear to it and put near each port on the manifold.

thanks @JamaicaJoe. During reassemble, I lost one bolt to the throttle body on top of the manifold (fallen to somewhere on the back of the engine). So I just put 3 bolts on. I was going to either buy new or try to get a bolt from a junk yard later. Could that be related?

I have not touched the exhaust manifold at all. Not sure exactly how to examine it.
