    Prothane 38mms lasted about the same as the Hellwigs. Going extreme, trying a billet bracket to see if it holds the bushing in a better position to prevent it from getting eaten up so fast. Hotchkis Sport Suspension Heavy-Duty Billet Sway Bar Bushing Brackets 23491500.

    I developed the clunk after about 6 months. Replaced them last month and still quiet. Thanks for the great beta, will try if clunk returns on newer batch of bushings.

    I replaced front bushing and brackets with new ones from Hellwig, still with the slots. I also used Moog endlinks and went with 46 lb/ft on the frame nuts and 59 lb/ft on the endlinks and have no more clunking. I used new nuts everywhere, I suspect if you are trying to recycle the nuts they will...

    I have a clunk too, interesting ideas that it might be the brackets. I will see if I can get a different set made without the slot.
