I have an 03 eddiebower the hot wire going to the control unit got cut it had power to it, when I soldered it back together I had no power and would not turn on checked fuses and are all good if I run a hot wire to the one that got cut it will turn on and display will work but wont control temp, it will control vent location and fan speed but no hot or cold and no seat controls. The wire that got cut was white with a purple stripe, what could be the problem. Is there somewhere else it gets power from, its probably something I'm overlooking and its driving me nuts and winter is getting here any help would be great.

Depends on which "white/violet" wire was cut. The diagrams show 2 wires with that color coding, one each in the two connectors.
