Have you been through the drive cycle for completing all the monitors? Does it have any mods done to intake or exhaust? Gas between 3/4 to 1/2 full? 02 sensors working?

All 402 sensors are brand new working correctly. Been through the driving cycles. No modifications to the intake or exhaust. Brand new catalytic converter‘s all four replaced last summer. Driven thousands of city and highway miles in a year and a half the cat will not get ready!

Did you get your Monitors to reset? Have you taken to dealer? I have similar issue with 4 monitor that will not get out "Not ready" mode so I can get emissions tested but I think it has to do with my Gas Gauge having been broken and is it stuck on Empty so the computer (which was replace at a 900.00 cost when Check engine lite when on) so computer will not reset to ready as long as it thinks there is no gas in tank. Anyone have suggestions??? I can't get my monitors to reset so can take car to get my emissions tested. HELP 2!!! I also have 2000 Expedition XLT 4.6L V8

What state?

Even CA lets you pass smog with one "not ready".

I have 4 not ready. When I do a clear I get 5 Not ready after a couple of drives 1 goes to ready but the other 4 refuse to reset - I am 70% sure it has to do the gas gauge showing empty so I am about to have the Gas tank fix. About 2 years ago I was on a long trip to Las Vegas and miscalculate the next gas station and the gauge sent all the way down to below E. I made it to the gas station on fumes but after fill up the gauge never came back - I probably broke the float thing in the tank letting it get that low. So last 2 years I have been using the Miles driven as my gas gauge - I drive 300 miles then fill up again. Then as un-luck would have it just before I had to go in for emission the check engine light went on - they fixed that problem but now I can't get the monitors out of not ready.

Got the Monitor to Reset finally. Took to emission next day and Passed. Then took car back to the place that charged me $270 without recommend the correct fix. (They should have known) and ask for $135.00 back. 1/2 ..and they agreed. I was trying to be fair the did work on it - just not at the level they should have.

How did the monitor got a reset? I am having issue with O2S, HTR, and CAT not getting ready at all. Already drove a few hundred miles, both city and highway.

The PCM was giving me random P2629 code (Bank 2, Sensor 1 - or precatalytic O2 sensor on driver side). Replacing O2 sensor didn't fix the issue and replacing PCM (I replaced 2 PCMs from junk yard, and both of them) gives me P0024 code (Exhaust camshaft position timing on bank 2).

Any suggestions? Anyone? I have my Expi's emissions inspection due and need to sort this one out ASAP. TIA!
