I have seen people do both. Mine is above if I remember correctly, and no issues in over 20K, but I definitely considered the same. I think either way you are good.

Sorry to resurrect this thread. Wondering if anyone knows if the J&L catch can for the standard 3.5L EB fits without any issues on the 3.5L H.O. EB in the Limited SPP? J&L has a part for 2022 Expedition 3.5L on their site (linked below) but there is no mention of the HO engine. Thanks in advance!

Yes I put this exact one on my 2022 Stealth performance. Fit perfectly. I optioned for the 3oz extension for the can but that’s up to you.
