I noticed the plastic on all 4 door checks has cracked. Seems common for Ford. Anyone know if it's a concern or just cosmetic.

It is a concern.
When they break, you may not be able to close the door.
On my 2015 Expedition Limited, purchased new, the LF door check broke twice. Repaired under warranty and later the Ford ESP.

I have to ask and I don't mean nothing by it but...is it possible that someone is flinging the doors open and slamming into the door checks? Or perhaps you live in a windy location, and the doors are catching wind and slamming into the door checks? In either case, as an engineer and looking at that part, I don't think the designers of that door check had repeated exposure to that kind of abuse in mind.

@OpticonBill I try hard to stop the wife from slamming the doors and letting just fly open but wouldn't be surprised that was the cause of the passenger door being damaged The back doors have child lock on, so I know those doors don't get abused.
I've got ESP so I'll just bring it up at my next service.
